Beginner T’ai Chi This class is based on traditional T’ai Chi and Qigong. It will include warm up movements of Qigong and a set of T’ai Chi moves known as “form”. Both benefit the body and mind by helping reduce stress while improving strength, flexibility, mental and physical balance, energy flow and general health. No prior experience necessary.
