Care for Creation

Can St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of ecology, offer us an example of an engaged spirituality in these troubled times?  Join us for this Saturday workshop as we explore an engaged Gospel response to our current environmental crisis.  Portland local, and co-author of the award-winning book Care of Creation:  A Franciscan Spirituality of the Earth, Pam Wood will provide an interactive, thought-provoking day integrating environmental studies, theology, and reflective action as participants nurture a Franciscan spirituality of the Earth.  Come join us for a day of rebuilding together the house of creation and, with the Spirit of God, renewing the face of the Earth.
