Spiritual Direction Supervision provides an excellent opportunity for spiritual directors to be in the presence of others who can help "find the hidden door”--not only a doorway to gaining deeper skills as a spiritual director, but also a door to deeper personal and spiritual growth. All this, of course, is done ultimately for the benefit of their directees.
